Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify product availability, descriptions, pricing or other information without prior notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and payment has been received, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes will be displayed as required.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in certain circumstances, including suspected fraudulent activity, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues or other operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping

Under normal circumstances, orders will be dispatched within 2 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping charges are:

₹60 for deliveries within Kerala
Location-dependent charges for deliveries outside Kerala

Returns and Refunds

TOD Sarees accepts returns only for products received in a damaged or defective condition, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for raising a damaged-product return request.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, colour preference or other reasons unrelated to product damage.
